Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund (HHSF) recipients continue their road to success!

• Omar Carmona-Sánchez, HHSF Class of 2001, has just passed the Florida Bar exam! Omar will be requesting admission to the FL bar and the DC bar in September. He is a graduate of Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law and is currently a Legal Consultant for Alice B. Miller P.A. and at the office of Scott R. Fransen Esq.
• Karen Vergara, HHSF Class of 2009, was recently elected as President of the UCF Chapter of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting). Karen is pursuing a degree in Accounting at UCF and is very active in various student organizations.
