Orange County Proclamation

During the morning of October 2nd, a few of our 2012 Scholarship recipients were on hand when Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs and the Orange County Board of County Commissioners issued the proclamation for Hispanic Heritage month. They were delightfully surprised when the Mayor invited them to approach the dais for a picture with the entire board! We are so proud of our students!
