Scholarship Application Period Now Closed. Selection Committee’s Work Under Way.

The 2012 scholarship application period closed on May 31, 2012. We are no longer accepting additional scholarship applications.
The 2012 Selection Committee, composed of volunteers from throughout the Central Florida community, is currently evaluating and grading all scholarship applications submitted that met the May 31 deadline and stated requirements. The committee volunteers will evaluate each application based on the student’s grade-point-average, examples of volunteerism and work, examples of leadership and honors, and the quality of the essay and letters of recommendation submitted along with the application.
This is a highly competitive process. A total of twenty students will be selected as the 2012 HHSFMO scholars. The HHSFMO will notify these twenty students of their selection by the end of July.
