Eligibility Requirements

Students must meet the following eligibility requirements in order to apply for a scholarship from the Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund:

Be of Hispanic heritage
Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
Must have applied for Federal Financial Aid using the FAFSA
Be enrolled full or part-time in a degree-seeking program at an accredited institution in one of the 7 Central Florida counties: Brevard County, Lake County, Orange County, Osceola County, Polk County, Seminole County, and Volusia County
Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 or above on a 4.00 scale
Must attend the annual scholarship awards gala
This scholarship is NOT applicable for students in graduate programs
